By downloading, installing, or using Tripinyo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Tripinyo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on your personal device for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's servers or networks
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the app
• Use the app in a way that could harm, disable, or impair it
• Share your account with others

5. Routes and Navigation

Tripinyo provides route optimization suggestions for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for:

• Following all applicable traffic laws and regulations
• Driving safely and attentively at all times
• Verifying that suggested routes are safe and appropriate for your vehicle

Do not use Tripinyo in a manner that distracts you from driving safely.

6. Intellectual Property

Tripinyo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tripinyo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app without explicit written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The app integrates with third-party services including Google Maps. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIPINYO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Route suggestions will be accurate or current
• The app will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIPINYO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR LOSS OF DATA.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. Upon termination, your license to use the app ceases.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
